Ballroom Dance

Tina has taught thousands of happy dancers with her easy-to-learn and practical method. The most common dances are foxtrot, swing, salsa, and Tina’s “American Slow Dance.” She created this dance for popular slow songs for which there is no standard ballroom dance.

Baby Boomer Fitness–Stretch and Strengthen

As a Baby Boomer, herself, Tina continues to practice what she teaches for her own health. Movements can be on the floor, in a chair, or standing, with hand-weights or other props. Lessen your chance of falling by strengthening your core, feet, and hips. Improve flexibility and coordination. Exercise both sides of your brain through visualization and music as you work through every joint from your head to your toes.

Teaching dance and fitness since the 80s

From Tina:  “Here is a 40-minute instructional video–for free.  It’s  a step-by-step foundation in the foxtrot, but the technique for leading and timing applies to many dances.”
